I am a big believer that fitness is
such a big part of who you are. Even though I have an insatiable
sweet tooth, I keep myself in good shape. I exercise not
only to stay in shape, and to have more energy, but to
experience wellness and a sense of balance - both physically
and emotionally. I work out at least three times a week.
Even though I have always worked out, it is still challenging
some days. My secret is a combination of three things:
stretching, for which I do yoga; strengthening, for which
I lift weights; and cardio – my runs on the beach
or with the Samta Monica Mountaingoats. Some of these photos
in this section help capture, I think, the fun I have while
keeping myself in shape. |
